SHIPPING & RETURNS

At Lola’s, we aim to make your shopping experience smooth from start to finish. We offer both domestic and international shipping. Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, with delivery times varying depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and you’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing.


If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging. Custom or personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. To start a return, email us at info@lolasfinejewellery.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is received, please allow 5–10 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed.
